Diamond of Participatory Decision-Making

One of the abilities that self-organized teams have is their ability to make decisions in a collaborative and autonomous way.

Since part of my job is dedicated to promoting these kind of spaces and dynamics within groups and teams, I have done quite a lot of research about it.

A few years ago, I came across a model, which I thought was extremely clear, called The Diamond of the Participatory Decision Making 1.
